Uncle Joe Collection portrays humorous caricatures created by Dan Youra depicting Joe Biden, the 46th president of the United States of America. Playfully referred to at times in his long political career he has been and is affectionately referred to as "Uncle Joe" for his loving touching, smelling and, kissing young girls brought to him by leaders of Congress as they come to the White House to receive the blessings of the Holy Uncle.

Youra's caricatures of Joe in the collection are dressed in costumes and uniforms representing the President's many roles he plays in his skits, sideshows, and occasionally official functions in an around the White House in Washington, DC, on the road cheering up the base at short visits around the country, and naps on the beach in front of his favorite, beachside cottage in Delaware.

The artist's portrayal of the President also acknowledge his serious side as he dons his admiral's uniform and rows his skiff across the Delaware, pointing the way with his walking cane and lifting the light of his ice cream cone to overcome the darkness surrounding the heaviness of his presidential duties. His position as commander–in–chief is acknowledged in his uniform decked out in service medals he was awarded for successfully tumbling up the stairs of Air Force One and not rolling backward onto the tarmac, for the notoriety he achieved in stopping his bike with a self–inflicted fall to save from plowing into the band of his admirers lining his route to keep the press's cameras from documenting any goof that might befall the leader of the free world. A couple commentators did acknowledge that it is a challenge for anyone riding a bike to safely maneuver through a crowd of admirers while licking an ice cream cone. As the president remounted his Schwinn steed, shouts of encouragement could be heard rising from a nearby group of migrants "Viva El Presidente."
