More than 100 AI cartoons I created using 1.) Artificial Intelligence Systems (e.g. PicLumen, GROK, etc.) approx 90%; and Youra digital cartoons approx 10%
I am aware of the US Copyright Office's directives released at end of January, 2025 and its ruling against granting copyright protection for graphic works that are 100% output from AI systems and its guidance that to be eligible for copyright protection, a graphic work must include some creative work from the creator of the output, even though the amount is very small, with the Office having the ability to make decisions on a case by case basis. I believe that I am conforming to the standards of the recent directives as a model of how to conform. I believe that my work is one of a very few, if not the only "cartoonist" who is in conformance, giving me a competitive advantage in today's market, making my work even more valuable because of the recent rulings.

TODAY'S CARTOON
Youra Daily Cartoon is designed to be displayed on websites, blogs, etc. on hundreds and thousands of computers with 3 lines of HTML added to the Source Code of each individual computer. Cartoons change daily simultaneously at a given time, e.g. 6 AM EST. [All HTML code IP Youra] Size of cartoon is variable. New cartoon takes 2 minutes to make change from previous one to new one.

CHAIRMAN BILL AND THE WEIRD WIDE WEB is a 40-page comic book published and illustrated by Dan Youra. The biggest fans of the comic book have been MicroSoft employees around the Redmond and Bellevue campuses. Book is DOWNLOADABLE online. Does not exist in print format.

PROSPECT
Cannot say much about this project. I met Reince in 2016, when he was Chairman of RNC and running RNC efforts for Trump Campaign. And, communicated with him when he was Trump's first White House chief of staff. Currently he is President of Michael Best Law Firm, Washington DC. He also has an office in Milwaukee, WI near his home in Kenosha, WI. Currently Rreince serves as a Member of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board since 2025. Planning stage. No contracts at this point.
I drew the cartoon portrait of him and Paul Ryan and Scott Walker in 2016. Those 3 and I are all from Wisconsin.
Another portait I created includes another Wisconsin GOP player, namely, past chairwoman of the National Association of Republican Women.

98.5% of all Youra copyrights are the insertion of the © copyright symbol on the bottom of the artwork, cartoons, and published books. Less than 0.05% (10 cartoons are currently in process of being registered with US Copyright Office). 1% of published works do not have copyrights.
Computer Skills
I have done all my own computer work over all my years in business –– purchasing, installation, networking, programming. I began my education in computers in 1968 in the Behavioral Sciences Laboratory at The Ohio State University, beginning with IBM 360-75 mainframes. At that time there were only 2 in the country, one in the Pentagon, and the one OSU shared with Battelle Labs across the river from OSU.
I started with FORTRAN, BASIC, ALGOL, and COBAL. I got hired in the Governor's office in Washington State in 1971 and worked in multiple agencies setting up computer systems, training, etc. In 1986, I bought my own computers and started my own company, publishing travel magazines and maps in the Pacific NW which I ran for 25 years. Currently, I dedicate most of my professional time to producing AI cartoons. And, I garden.
